Very confusing, I agree. And very unprofessional that they don’t provide orientation for writers on their platform. They can’t just expect everyone to be knowledgeable and experienced in marketing and ethics. It’s unacceptable.

But that’s why we have to support each other, and knowing what it is confusing gives those of us with technical background some ideas for how we can help our fellow writers.

(I’m Disabled and can’t promise to write a bunch articles in a hurry, but it’s pretty easy for me to respond to tags and comments).

I’ll look into the email settings a bit more as well and let you know if I can make any better sense of it.
